Who we work with
Do you work with garage door companies?
Yes — garage door companies are our primary focus. We work with garage door repair and installation businesses across the Inland Empire, so we already know the trade: what a spring replacement is worth versus a full door, why a car trapped in the garage can’t wait, and how homeowners actually search for help. The systems we build for them transfer directly to other home service trades.
If I’m already working with a company you’d consider a direct competitor, I’ll tell you up front — before you’ve committed to anything — and we’ll look at whether your areas can be worked without overlapping.
Do you work with HVAC and plumbing companies?
Yes. Garage door is our main niche, but we also work with HVAC and plumbing companies across the Inland Empire. The same playbook that gets a garage door company found, called, and booked applies to heating, cooling, and plumbing.
What areas do you cover?
We’re based in Moreno Valley and work across the Inland Empire: Moreno Valley, Riverside, Corona, Perris, Menifee, Redlands, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana and Ontario. We’ll come out to your shop or your office, and we do plenty over the phone and video when that suits you better.
Are you a marketing agency for contractors, or a general agency?
Home service contractors only. That’s a deliberate limit. A general agency has to learn your trade on your money — what a spring replacement is worth versus a full door, why an AC call in August can’t wait until Thursday, what a septic pumping cycle looks like. We already know.
The questions contractors actually ask us
Why is my company not showing up on Google?
It’s usually one of five things, and you can check most of them yourself in ten minutes:
- Your Google Business Profile isn’t verified, or it’s suspended, or it was never claimed.
- Your service area is set wrong. This is the one almost nobody checks. If you’ve set your service area to a whole county, Google places your map pin in the geographic middle of that county — which for Riverside or San Bernardino County can be an hour and a half out into the desert, nowhere near the people searching.
- Your name, address and phone number don’t match across your website, your Google listing, Yelp and Facebook. Mismatches make Google less confident about showing you.
- You have far fewer recent reviews than your competitors. Google leans on recency, not just star count.
- Your primary category is wrong — “General Contractor” when you should be “Garage Door Installer,” for instance.
If you want, we’ll look at all five and tell you which one it is. That part doesn’t cost anything.
How do I get more calls for my garage door business?
Start with the calls you’re already getting and losing. Most garage door companies miss a serious share of inbound calls simply because the owner is under a door or up a ladder when the phone rings, and a homeowner with a car trapped in the garage rings the next name on the list within two minutes.
So, in order:
- Answer every call — an AI receptionist or an answering service, plus an automatic text back to anything missed.
- Fix the Google Business Profile — correct service area, real photos, every service listed.
- Ask every finished job for a review, same day.
- Make the phone number impossible to miss on your website, on mobile, at the top of every page.
Then buy ads — because buying more calls you can’t answer just costs more.
Why is my plumbing company not showing up on Google?
Same five causes as above, with one that hits plumbers harder than most: Google treats plumbing as a high-spam category, so profile verification is stricter and suspensions are more common. If your listing vanished rather than just ranking poorly, check whether it’s suspended before you change anything else.
How do home service businesses show up in ChatGPT answers?
By being easy for the AI to verify. These tools don’t crawl a single index and hand back links — they piece together an answer from your website, your Google listing, directories and review sites, and they favour businesses whose story is consistent everywhere.
In practice that means:
- Say what you do and where, in plain sentences. “We repair garage door springs in Moreno Valley and Perris” beats “premium residential solutions.”
- Name your cities individually. “The Inland Empire” doesn’t help an AI answering a question about Corona.
- Keep your details identical across your website, Google, Bing, Yelp and Facebook.
- Answer real customer questions on your own site — pages like this one.
- Earn reviews consistently. These tools read review text, not just the star rating.
There’s no way to buy placement and nobody can guarantee you a spot. What you can do is make yourself the easiest business in your trade for an AI to describe accurately.
How do I know if my business shows up in AI search right now?
We run an audit that asks ten real customer searches across Google AI, ChatGPT and Perplexity, and reports back exactly where you appeared and who was named instead. It takes a day and you get the report whether or not you work with us.
Working with us
What does it cost?
Individual services start at $197/month. Managed plans start at $395/month.
Do you lock people into contracts?
No long-term contract — it’s month-to-month. Cancellations need 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
Who will I actually be talking to?
Edward. You get the person who does the work, not an account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet.
How quickly will I see something change?
Some things move in days — answering your calls, responding to reviews, fixing a service area. Search visibility is slower; a Google listing change takes days to show and the compounding effect of reviews and content takes a few months. Anyone promising you page one in thirty days is selling you something.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Closed weekends. If you call outside those hours you’ll get a response the next working day.
